Prospect Farm Country Cottages, situated in quiet and tranquil settings surrounded by fields and grazing horses. These properties are all self catering and set in a really nicely built courtyard, and one cottage is suitable for disabled use. There are also Studio cottages available, also 4-star rated. We also have a fully stocked fishing pond available if required exclusively for anyone renting our Country Cottages!

Prospect Farm also boasts a very nice camping and caravan club campsite. Located down a long leafy lane. It is a 5 van site (Camping and Caravanning Club CS). Our campsite has excellent shower and toilet facilities, outside basin with hot water for campers to wash their pots and pans, plus full electric hook-up all included in the price. It is a quiet site but ideally situated for the beach (Cleethorpes) or the Lincolnshire Wolds.  Rallies are welcome!

There is an excellent shopping centre at Grimsby's Freshney Place and Abbeygate Centre. The Fishing Heritage Centre depicts the lives of fishermen in times gone by. Waltham is the nearest village one mile away with pubs, supermarkets, chemist etc.

Prospect Farm is situated at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, the campsite and cottages are just 10 minutes drive away from the towns of Grimsby and Cleethorpes on the east coast. Cleethorpes is a seaside town which is changing rapidly. New businesses and developments are growing daily, increasing the popularity for holiday makers worldwide, and not just from the uk. Cleethorpes has wonderful, large beaches and for this, it has been awarded the Blue Flag Award.

The seaside town of Cleethorpes offers a multitude of attractions to suit every taste. From donkey rides along the beach to the white-knuckle experiences at Pleasure Island theme park, Cleethorpes has it all. The resort has ample accommodation and can be reached by road or rail.  It's just minutes away from the heritage-rich, fishing port of Grimsby. There is lot's to do for all age groups, for those who prefer to holiday with family or friends, Thorpe Park includes an indoor swimming pool, cabaret shows, and a traditional pub and restaurant. The nearby Beachcomber also offers a variety of entertainment. Nature lovers can stroll along the coastal path, watching the variety of wildlife that inhabits the shoreline, an area of natural beauty and wildlife haven.
