Prospect Farm holiday cottages and camp site is a family-owned business, set on our 40 acre farm and stables.
We are in a rural setting and we are located on the edge of the lovely village of Waltham which has independent shops, pubs and restaurants and even its own working windmill.
We are also just a short drive from the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds, wild Lincolnshire beaches and the bustling resort of Cleethorpes.
Within an hour’s drive are the vibrant cities of Hull and Lincoln offering culture, shopping and historical sites.
We have 4 holiday cottages situated around a courtyard with seating, alongside 2 studios. All our cottages are furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything you may need for a home-from-home stay including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and even a slow cooker.
We can cater for short breaks (minimum 3 nights); longer term lets or stays for people working away from home are also available.
Cottages 1, 2 and 3 plus the studios are on one level and have walk in showers which may be suitable for people who have some mobility problems or struggle to get in and out of a shower over a bath.
Our Clematis Cottage also has wider doors to allow for wheelchair access. We can also supply items such as shower chairs if required.
We like to be as flexible as possible and ensure you get the stay that is best for you so would rather speak to our guests before taking a booking. So, if you would like to find out more, ask us any questions or find out about availability, please give us a call on 01472 826491 or 0780 300 9665.
The owners were so friendly nothing was a bother. Spotless clean site on flat lawn area. Lovely relaxed quiet location with horses in paddock next to campsite. The whole family loved this site.
What a gem of a camp-site. When we arrived we were told to pitch were we liked, it’s so laid back – lovely and peaceful.
Great base for exploring Cleethorpes, Grimsby and surrounding areas and a visit to Waltham Windmill is a must, it has a couple of little shops, tea room, restaurant, play area and a great old fashioned sweet shop. You can also go on a tour inside the windmill which my kids loved.
Very quiet, no noise except the song birds, pheasants and the odd whinney from the horses! Would definitely return for a peaceful relaxing weekend.
